50% non-refundable deposit for materials and securing the project—this goes towards the total.
First 3 design concepts are free. After that, there is an additional $20.
Rush Service (less than a week): $100 fee
Maintenance Fee (patching holes, cracks, stains): Additional $75
*Textured Walls May Incur Additional Fee Depending on the Wall Itself

The Process
After discussing the theme/design elements, I will create 3 sketches on top of the wall to make it as easy as possible to visualize the mural.
Once a design is chosen, I will create a colored concept to make sure it fits your space.
